Who we are
Leak Finder is an AI-powered operational audit tool built and operated by AICreatorStudio, a solo-founded business based in the United States. The site is hosted at aicreatorstudio.org.
What data we collect
We collect only what's needed to deliver the product. Here's what that actually means:
- Business data you paste in: When you run a scan, you paste in operational data — job logs, revenue figures, estimates, expenses. This is processed by an AI model (Claude, from Anthropic) to generate your report. We store this temporarily in our database so you can retrieve your full report after paying. It is deleted automatically after 6 hours.
- Your email address: Provided when you purchase a report, subscribe to a plan, or sign up for the free checklist. Used to send you your report, your dashboard link, or the checklist — nothing else without your explicit consent.
- Payment information: Handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number, bank details, or payment credentials. Stripe's privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
- Usage data: Standard web analytics (page views, traffic sources) collected via Vercel Analytics. No personally identifiable information is attached to this data.
How we use your data
- To generate and deliver your report or checklist
- To email you your private dashboard link (Assistant subscribers)
- To send your weekly assistant digest (Assistant subscribers only)
- To send the monthly re-scan report (Portfolio subscribers only)
- To understand site traffic at an aggregate level (Vercel Analytics)
We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not use your business data to train any AI model.
How long we keep your data
- Scan data (business data you paste in): deleted automatically after 6 hours
- Payment records (email, tier, timestamp): deleted automatically after 24 hours
- Checklist subscriber emails: kept until you ask us to delete them
- Portfolio subscriber data (original scan input for monthly re-scans): kept for the life of your active subscription, then eligible for deletion on request
- Assistant subscriber data (estimate records, dashboard): kept for the life of your active subscription, then eligible for deletion on request
Third-party services we use
- Stripe — payment processing. stripe.com/privacy
- Anthropic (Claude) — AI model that generates your report. Your business data is sent to Anthropic's API to process your scan. Anthropic's API usage policy governs how they handle API inputs. anthropic.com/privacy
- Resend — email delivery. Used to send your reports, dashboard links, and digests. resend.com/privacy
- Upstash (Redis) — temporary data storage. Hosts the scan records and subscriber data described above. upstash.com/privacy

Your rights
You can request deletion of any data we hold about you at any time. Email [email protected] and we'll handle it promptly — typically within a few business days.
You can also unsubscribe from any emails by replying and asking to be removed.
Cookies
Leak Finder does not use tracking cookies. Vercel Analytics uses a privacy-preserving approach that does not set persistent cookies or track you across sites.
Children
Leak Finder is a business tool designed for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page. We won't make changes that reduce your privacy protections without notice.
